The dealership played dumb and I asked to speak to the finance person and was told they don't have access to the records I need to schedule a call for another day which I did. They marked up the car above Msrp to over 37,3XX. I then contacted my relative for a copy of the lease and was installed pissed, there was a cap cost reduction of 1100 including the 625 incentive. One question was, was the vehicle sold at agreed upon price. I thought everything was fine until the dealer called me asking to leave them a review with Nissan as my relative had not answered their call. Once they went to sign immediately red flag, they decided not to transfer the plates and put new plates then they signed everything. They filled out a credit application and the dealer asked for the existing registration to transfer the plates.

I got a call later in the day from them saying they agreed to the terms and would give the full rebate of $625. Thought I finally found a deal for a family member sent an internet sales manager an offer with the vin and price I wanted 500 below msrp matching other dealers below.
